Sushi Class
Come and Join the Fun!! A Hands on ClassFeaturing Guest Chef Jerry Mitchell From the Wasabi/Whitewater Grill
In this informative class, we will learn how to make traditional Sushi. You will learn the origin of sushi. Make the traditional sushi rice "shyari" and learn about the different types of fish used and how to prep it. We will use Tuna, Yellowtail and make California rolls. You will learn the proper techniques to form the makimono, or rolls. This class will be fun and educational.

Tuition is $75.00 per class paid in advance. Classes are small and space is limited to 10 students. If you are interested, do not delay. Classes fill up fast! To sign up, come into Rush's and while you are there check out the kitchen facility where class will be held. Bon Appetite!!
